Job Description

Adamas Building Services is a leading provider of specialized services for property managers, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for residential and commercial luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company's three service offerings, with a focus on delivering annual revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to build a pipeline of qualified prospects and schedule regular meetings with potential clients.
  • Target residential property managers, owners, and facilities managers as key decision-makers.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to establish relationships with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Monitor market competition and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including revenue, sales pipeline, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner companies and industry experts to expand the sales pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and company pitches.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight trips.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide timely and accurate updates on sales activity and pipeline performance.
