Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in an assigned geographical area, servicing and maintaining new and existing customers, and generating new leads through networking, research, and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing pain points
  • Identify opportunities for service and product enhancements to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and maintain technical proficiency
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure projects in other regions
  • Monitor economic indicators and market trends within the region
  • Achieve and surpass established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical sales role
  • Experience with presenting at conferences
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience working with large multinational corporations
  • Food and beverage industry experience
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • United States or Canadian Citizen
  • Valid Passport without travel restrictions
  • Valid Driver's License, with no major violations within 3 years
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish/French)
