Position Summary

The Advanced Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring meticulous maintenance of patient records, and coordinating follow-up appointments as necessary.

Working under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations, the Advanced Practice Nurse will collaborate with the nursing staff to enhance care delivery in conjunction with physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical exams and infusion assessments.
  • Administers infusions and injections to patients.
  • Maintains high standards of care while achieving productivity goals.
  • Interprets diagnostic test results to identify the need for follow-up care and additional treatment options.
  • Provides essential care information, counseling, and resources for patients with serious health conditions.
  • Collaborates effectively with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Completes all necessary documentation in the company's electronic health record system.
Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience.
  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
