Project Director

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Maine. With a strong background in project control and team leadership, this individual will oversee multifamily, medical, and community builds, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
As a key member of our client's team, the successful candidate will establish project control plans, monitor construction schedules, and secure necessary permits and licenses. They will also manage financial aspects of contracts, schedule progress meetings, and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, excellent communication and time-management skills, and familiarity with Procore and other software. A performance-related bonus scheme and potential sign-on bonus are available.
