About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Related. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and maintain tracking systems for initial lease ups, renewals, annual recertifications, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain neat, accurate, and organized paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare and send preliminary applicant notices for lease ups.
  • Assist staff with preparation and distribution of lease renewals and recertification documents.
  • Provide front desk reception coverage in the office, including answering phones and emails.
  • Assist staff with handling all applicant/resident questions and concerns professionally and expeditiously.
  • Provide general support to office staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience coordinating activities and residential services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • General leasing experience and knowledge a plus.
