Job Title: Capital and Image Resection Manager

ImpactOrtho, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Capital and Image Resection Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Summary

The Capital and Image Resection Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals and quotas within their assigned territory. This role requires establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, staying up-to-date on market-leading product portfolios, and consulting with surgeons in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent ImpactOrtho, an authorized agency to sell Arthrex products, by working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
  • Set sales strategy for agency Imaging and Resection business.
  • Follow up with representatives and leadership to ensure strategy execution.
  • Maximize training to ensure growth and competency of product line for all agency personnel.
  • Launch Imaging and Resection new products within agency.
  • Present Synergy products and bundled strategy at high-level meetings.
  • Identify customer needs and work to price options and solutions.
  • Conduct trials and closing activities at key accounts.
  • Train representatives on Imaging and Resection products and sales cycle.
  • Communicate product positives and negatives to product managers.
  • Collect key competitive information.
  • Organize multiple trials across multiple product lines.
  • Organize inventory, samples, and product evaluation equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions.
  • Address any problems that arise at accounts.
  • Support compliance and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information.
  • Work with Territory Leaders to provide coaching, training, or mentoring.
  • Maintain training in sales skills and product features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
  • Scope and Endoscopy experience.
  • Experience as a representative in the orthopedic device market.
  • Aptitude for highly technical medical information.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room.
