- Exemplifies the restaurant's high standards of service and hospitality.
- Maintains a warm and friendly demeanor towards both guests and colleagues.
- Possesses knowledge of the menu, including at least three appetizers, three main courses, and three desserts, to effectively communicate options to guests.
- Arrives punctually and prepared for scheduled shifts.
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assists in various roles as required by the restaurant's needs.
- Accurately reports all income received during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Dependable, responsible, and adaptable to changing situations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Demonstrates a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
Education Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience with reservation systems is preferred.
