This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older adult patients with psychiatric needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing advanced clinical skills and specialized knowledge in psychotherapy and clinical counseling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual, group, family, and crisis counseling
  • Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and developing treatment plans
  • Consulting with team managers, statutory and voluntary agencies, and patient relatives
  • Acting as a liaison with patients, families, community support workers, and facilities
  • Providing education and resources for patients and family members
  • Supervising and/or training lower-level social workers, students, or interns

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and be licensed as an Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Three years of experience in a behavioral health setting is required, with comprehensive knowledge of current psychotherapeutic techniques, theories, and practices.
