Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-up:
You will be responsible for following up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to add them to our sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
Sales Goal Achievement:
You will track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure that our sales goals are met.
Client Data Management:
You will enter up-to-date information on clients into our database system to ensure that agents have access to accurate and current data.
Business Growth:
You will maintain and grow existing business opportunities within our geographical area to expand our sales region.
Requirements:
Education:
Candidate should have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Sales Experience:
At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position is required.
Real Estate License:
A real estate license or pursuit of licensure is mandatory.
Travel Requirements:
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
Compensation:
$52,000 at plan earnings
