Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative to join our team in Northern Virginia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth and customer success. This role requires a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on products and solutions, including conducting product demonstrations at trade shows and client meetings.
- Conduct market research and manage territory to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide in-service training and ongoing support to customers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and support customer success.
- Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to resolve post-sale customer issues.
- Track, report, and manage sales data in an organized and efficient timeframe.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the medical aesthetics field.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; however, 2+ additional years of sales experience within the medical technology field can be substituted in place of a degree.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating high-quality leads.
- Strong prospecting, territory management, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Practical communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and reporting sales activities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to honesty and professional growth.
- Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
