Your primary duties will encompass system management, application setup, strategic planning for HRIS development, and user assistance. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding customer service skills, and a knack for resolving intricate challenges.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and support of multiple HR systems
  • Customize applications to align with organizational requirements
  • Engage in strategic planning and enhancement of the HRIS for system advancements
  • Deliver extensive support to the user community

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years required; 6 years preferred with a Master's degree
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Office 365

Work Schedule:

Primarily daytime hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). Additional hours may be necessary to achieve work objectives.
