Job Title: Information Technology Manager

About the Role:

Hawkins HR Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Information Technology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our virtualization environment (VMware ESXi), Windows Server administration, storage administration (SANs, backups), Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Entra), Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Project Management: Lead complex IT projects, including ERP upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, and new build outs.
• ERP Management: Manage our Syteline ERP and SQL Server environment, including administration, upgrades, EDI, and BI reporting.
• Financial Management: Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Security and Risk Management: Advocate for continuous security improvements and implement security best practices.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing infrastructure, including virtualization, server, network, and storage administration.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, CIS, or a related technical field preferred, but work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• ERP and SQL server management experience.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
