Intercultural Development Inventory Associate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead our Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) program at Best Buy. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership on the IDI tool across the enterprise, driving transformational change and creating an agile intercultural strategy that adapts to emerging diversity, equity, and inclusion trends.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain strong awareness of global diversity issues and trends, informing strategic outcomes.
- Team management to provide guidance and support, ensuring smooth operations and team cohesion.
- Enterprise management of the IDI account while leading and facilitating Best Buy's Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) global initiatives.
- Establish a feedback loop to regularly capture employee development on intercultural strengths and opportunities, ensuring a continuous improvement approach.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IDI strategies, initiatives, and action plans that align with Best Buy's values and business goals.
- 1 year of Intercultural Development Inventory certification and facilitation experience.
- Subject matter expert and strong knowledge on relevant and industry-standard Diversity and Inclusion best practices, external trends, insights, content, and culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- IDI Certification as a qualified administrator (QA).
- 1 year of people leadership.
- 3 years of experience and expertise in diversity and inclusion.
- 2 years of a proven track record of implementing innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs that result in tangible outcomes.
- 1 year of project management experience leading, coordinating, implementing, and executing projects from start to completion.
