Job Title: Assistant Manager

WIS International is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and optimize inventory operations within our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of inventory professionals during inventory events, ensuring successful planning, organizing, coordinating, and leading of these events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on leadership in a competitive, structured, energetic, and demanding work environment
  • Successfully plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team of inventory professionals during inventory events
  • Drive customer service through satisfying productivity, accuracy, length of inventory measurements, and upholding strong professional standards and exceptional customer service
  • Uphold WIS International's Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position
  • Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent
  • Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, and/or MVR check
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air and the ability to adapt to changing working conditions, such as standing and sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly.
