Responsibilities
- • Provide high-quality care and supervision to two children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote cognitive development and social skills.
- • Establish a daily routine that includes meal times, nap schedules, and playtime.
- • Maintain a clean and organized living space, adhering to health and safety standards.
- • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and updates.
- • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
- • Demonstrate a friendly, patient, and approachable attitude, building strong relationships with children and families.
Requirements
- • A minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- • CPR certification and first aid training.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs.
- • A love of working with children and a passion for providing exceptional care.
Compensation
$15-20 hourly rate, depending on experience and qualifications.
