As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide safe and reliable transportation to children in our community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport school-aged children from area schools to the Kroc Center.
  • Ensure kids are safe and following the rules at all times.
  • Be a friendly and trusted adult figure for the kids during their ride.
  • Follow scheduled routes and ensure everyone is picked-up and dropped-off on time.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere while following all traffic laws.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years).
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety.
  • A love for kids and a positive attitude.
  • Patience, reliability, and empathy.

Position Details & Perks:

Pay rate is $17/hour

Driving hours are Monday-Friday 2:30-4:00pm

Summer hours may vary depending on Youth Program needs
