We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Health Safety Manager to join our team at Mackinnon & Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and health safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Health and Safety Policy.
Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Health and Safety Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of quality and health safety objectives.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement quality and health safety training programs to enhance employee competence and awareness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
A technical degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and health safety. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
