Job Title: Business System Analyst

Imagine One Technology & Management is seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team. This is a contingent position, subject to the award of the associated work to our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Business System Analyst with a strong background in DoD/Navy programs and policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating work methods and procedures, organizations, and management controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze business cases for proposed projects or initiatives, following the DoD Product Support Business Case Analysis Guidebook and/or the DON Standard Business Case Analysis Template.
  • Perform business case analyses, including software cost estimating activities as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver various reports, such as Resource Reports, Analysis Reports, Project Reports, Technical Reports, Performance Metrics Reports, Integrated Master Schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Provide consultation on complex projects and serve as a top-level contributor/specialist.
  • Lead and direct teams, and supervise contractor personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance.
