Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to deliver precise, thorough, and verifiable process components in various formats, encompassing Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, System Software Specifications, and Use Cases.

This role involves conducting business process and system analysis, designing improvements, offering implementation support, translating business process needs into technical requirements, and providing essential change management and training support.

The ideal candidate will excel in communicating organizational and strategic planning in both technical and functional environments.

This person must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant disciplines.

In addition to a minimum of seven+ (7) years of current experience in leading requirements development effort for software delivery, Agile certification (i.e. csm, etc.), experience in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts, change management, and training support.

It is desired that this person has UI/UX experience for software applications.

Requirements:
