As a Caregiver in Senior Care Settings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise self-administered medication to Assisted Living residents, following company guidelines and state regulations.
- Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or the Assisted Living Director.
- Report any change in resident's health and provides proper documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
Requirements:
- At least 1 month of experience in a senior care setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
