Comprehensive Nursing Care Specialist

Job Summary
The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington or Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 18 months professional nursing experience
