  • Oversee environmental evaluations, investigations, and remediation efforts for projects; successfully complete projects by coordinating all elements.
  • Create proposals for upcoming projects, analyze costs, and establish pricing for services; prepare comprehensive project plans and proposals.
  • Identify project roles, assign team members, review contractor bids, and manage waste disposal strategies.
  • Organize project initiation, allocate resources, negotiate with regulatory bodies, and prepare necessary compliance documentation.
  • Track project advancement, negotiate modifications to project plans, and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise field operations, offer technical assistance, and participate in recruitment and performance assessments.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including billing approvals, credit management, and collection tasks related to projects.

Qualifications: A four-year degree in a technical discipline is required; CHMM certification is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in hazardous waste management or environmental services is required; 7+ years of experience is acceptable without a degree.

Skills and Competencies: This role is safety-sensitive, necessitating vigilance and adherence to safe work practices. Ability to operate in the field, manage multiple projects, and comply with regulations is essential. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are critical.
