Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Golden West Packaging Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily activities of the shipping and scheduling departments, ensuring customer requirements and organizational goals are achieved.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts, support package development, and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the leader of projects, assuming responsibility for controlling project timelines, documentation, communication, and quality. You will also review inventory levels and work with the supervisor to balance the needs of the total team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts
  • Support package development by establishing and managing changes to package size and cost reduction efforts
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
  • Lead projects, assuming responsibility for controlling project timelines, documentation, communication, and quality
  • Review inventory levels and work with the supervisor to balance the needs of the total team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years working experience in a project management, sales support, or production planning role
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin required (read, write, speak)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage overseas manufacturing resources
  • Willingness and authorized to travel to Asia when needed

The final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.

We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.

Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
