Position: Residential Aide Manager

As a Residential Aide Manager, you will have a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by ensuring a secure environment that fosters long-term recovery. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, and Executive Director to create and sustain a therapeutic atmosphere for our residents.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's license is mandatory.
  • CPR/Red Cross Certification, renewed annually.
  • Educational background in mental health, including crisis intervention; an Associate Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the training and supervision of all residential aides.
  • Assist in the admission and orientation process for new clients.
  • Support clinicians during crisis intervention situations.
  • Facilitate stress management and educational groups as needed, assessing the population's needs and communicating them to clinical and administrative staff.
  • Engage with the Clinical Coordinator/Administrator for updates and program structure development.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and orientation of all residential staff.
  • Implement a schedule for random drug screenings for all clients.
  • Assist clinicians in preparing initial assessments (ASI).
