Job Description

About the Role

The General Manager is a key member of the Blue Gold team, responsible for leading the Front of the House (FOH) team and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. This is a high-profile position that requires excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Lead and motivate the FOH team, providing coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
