Job Overview

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a skilled Commercial Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Altavista. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial customer construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams, including field foremen, to ensure productivity and adherence to work rules.
  • Create, monitor, and update project schedules and cost breakdowns.
  • Negotiate and process change orders, maintaining a change order log.
  • Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure job sites have necessary tools and equipment.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure job sites are safe.
  • Estimate project costs and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team mentality.
  • Strong commercial electrical trade knowledge and Microsoft skills.
  • Ability to climb and work in tight areas.
