Job Overview

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is in search of a skilled professional to fill the role of Commercial Electrical Project Manager. This position is essential for overseeing our commercial clients' construction initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage construction projects in a dynamic team atmosphere, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the project team, including field Foreman, ensuring productivity and adherence to work regulations.
  • Develop, track, and revise project timelines.
  • Establish, monitor, and adjust cost estimates.
  • Negotiate and process change orders while maintaining an accurate change order log.
  • Collaborate with the Tools & Equipment department to guarantee that all projects are equipped with necessary tools and machinery.
  • Supervise all subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain a safe job site environment.
  • Conduct project estimations.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time and resource management abilities.
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical practices.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas.
