Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team at Equiliem. As a Project Planner, you will play a critical role in the planning and coordination of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including the Integrated Master Schedule, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management, to translate customer requirements into a performance measurement baseline.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience with planning tools, including Open Plan, Microsoft Project, and Primavera.
  • Experience with critical path, path-to, and float analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the Program Performance Management Process.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines and with senior-level management.
