The primary objective of this position is to oversee the customer onboarding and migration journey, collaborating with customers, internal teams, and external partners as necessary. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding experience for clients, ensuring seamless integration with internal stakeholders and third-party services.
- Utilize project documentation and follow the SID implementation framework to facilitate customer-focused initiatives.
- Conduct thorough project handovers and readiness assessments, documenting any potential risks and necessary follow-ups.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment and approval from all relevant parties.

- Communicate project performance metrics, including status updates, achievements, and any changes or risks.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $170,000, reflecting the complexity of the position and the candidate's experience. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for an Annual Incentive Award based on individual and company performance.
