About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic migration plans for Microsoft workloads to AWS, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that leverage AWS services to meet the unique needs of Enterprise and Digital Native Business US customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic migration plans for Microsoft workloads to AWS
  • Provide thought leadership in the adoption of .NET applications in the cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to educate clients and internal teams
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing and Microsoft ecosystems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications
  • 5+ years management of technical, customer-facing resources
  • 5+ years of Microsoft technical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • Familiarity with common enterprise services
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
