About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect to join our team. As a key member of our cloud computing team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems.

As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, including cloud computing platforms, storage systems, and networking architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our customers
  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, including cloud computing platforms, storage systems, and networking architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions
  • Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, including cloud computing platforms, storage systems, and networking architectures
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and engineering
  • Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance
