We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at McKenna Volkswagen & Volvo. As an Auto Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a result-driven individual to turn their sales skills, excellent customer service, and industry expertise into profits. You will be responsible for understanding and implementing our dealership sales process, owning and excelling at every aspect of the sales process, and presenting and demonstrating our inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including daily inventory reports
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly plans
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
