Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician - Nights

Accanto Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the residential milieu by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in therapeutic meals and snacks, providing support to residents at mealtimes and snacks
  • Support residents during structured outings and recreation
  • Monitor and support bathroom use per client treatment
  • Monitor and document exercise
  • Engage, challenge, and support residents as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Mental health experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive required
  • Previous direct mental health experience preferred
