Your Mission:

Provide invaluable support and mentorship to our contracts team, fostering growth in solicitation review, proposal development, negotiation, and more.

  • Complex Contracts Management:

Take charge of high-complexity contracts across various types, from prime contracts to business agreements, navigating intricacies with finesse.

Identify areas for enhancement, proposing innovative solutions and implementing updates to drive efficiency and excellence.

  • Problem-Solving Prodigy:

Tackle complex challenges with ingenuity and creativity, developing solutions that redefine industry standards.

Your Credentials:
  • - Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in Department of Defense contracts, including leadership experience.
  • - Profound familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and intellectual property rules.
  • - Expertise in negotiation strategies and full life-cycle contract management.
  • - Stellar communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact across all levels.
  • - DoD SECRET Clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS security clearance.
  • - Strong computer skills and familiarity with financial metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Experience with Earned Value Management Systems and advanced degrees like MBA or Juris Doctor.
  • - Professional certifications such as CFCM or CPCM.
  • - Proven track record in leading process change and transformation initiatives.
