**The Role**: As a **Support Services Technician**, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving technical issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service will be essential in this role. In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal customers.

**Responsibilities**: Your primary responsibilities will include working remotely to troubleshoot, repair, and deploy Windows 10 and 11 as well as Apple products. You will also be required to work daily with internal customers via phone, chat, and email, accurately recording all work and troubleshooting in tickets. Additionally, you will maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and perform tasks such as troubleshooting mobile devices, network printers, and multifunctional devices. You will work daily with Active Directory, resetting passwords, assigning users, and computers to groups, and performing troubleshooting on remote VPN connectivity and network drive access.

**Salary and Benefits**: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. **Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience in MS Windows environment handling calls on break/fix support. Additionally, you should have experience using and troubleshooting MS Office (O365) products, experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred), and certification or license in a related field.
