Job Summary:

The Medical Office Assistant plays a vital role in the clinical and administrative functions of our healthcare team. This individual will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care and support, while also contributing to the efficient operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an approved Medical Assistant or Medical Office Assistant program or one year of experience in a medical setting.
  • Current CPR certification and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
