Job Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Professional Resources department in executing processes related to recruiting and hiring summer associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support on-campus recruiting efforts and organize callback interviews
  • Assist recruiters in organizing logistics for events and interview schedules
  • Update candidate information in the legal recruiting database and generate reports as directed
  • Organize promotional materials and interviewing materials for candidates


Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software
  • Conscientious, well organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities
  • Able to exercise sound judgement and work independently


Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated salary based on location and industry standards)
