Atrium Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex conditions due to injury or illness.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to attain expected outcomes.
- Coordinate care delivery and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- A current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
- A current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
- Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds.
- Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
