The VCA team presents a wide array of consulting services designed to provide solutions that tackle distinct challenges in areas such as profitability enhancement, strategic expansion, customer engagement, digital payment solutions, and risk management.
The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team plays a crucial role in supporting the North America VCA team by establishing standards, creating foundational processes, and enhancing operational efficiency within the consulting organization.
The Analyst in Business Analytics will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations.
We seek an Analyst capable of delivering centralized administrative support across the team, including assistance with Power BI reporting, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order creation, as well as process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with analytics related to North America VCA PR/PO, billability, staffing, and reporting requirements as assigned.
- Support the tracking and reporting processes concerning consulting metrics and utilization.
- Work collaboratively with sourcing and controllership teams to address vendor management challenges.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of staffing effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and analytical reports for senior management within Visa Inc.
- Coordinate operational process improvement initiatives and special projects as necessary.
This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing employees to alternate between remote work and office attendance. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days each week, as determined by leadership, with a general expectation of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business requirements.
