Job Title: Associate Director/DirectorJob Summary

Tiger Analytics is a leading advanced analytics consulting firm that helps Fortune 100 companies generate business value from data. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director to join our team and lead our analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
  • Manage data analysis and design of analytics products across a focused area of the business value stream to enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into data requirements and work with internal customers to define data requirement details.
  • Provide data-driven insights to the Digital Marketing team to guide marketing optimization and investment decisions.
  • Measure customer behavior on and across all digital experiences to empower businesses with valuable insights.
  • Define and execute measurement strategies for multiple lines of business to test, measure, and optimize digital marketing and online customer experiences.
  • Partner with business leads to design and execute end-to-end digital analytics implementations.
  • Architect digital analytics solutions through a standard, universal lens across all lines of business.
  • Ensure the integrity of analytics data collection to guide the business with quality data and insights.
  • Write documentation for business users, marketers, and web/mobile developers detailing the digital analytics solution.
  • Define measurement strategies for multiple lines of business to enable functional business teams and the enterprise to measure, understand, and optimize online customer experiences.
  • Communicate results to senior management and develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Perform marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and reporting/visualization using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL, SAS, and Tableau.
  • Perform extensive data profiling to understand data behavior and business rules.
  • Leverage frameworks for repeatable validation of data integrity within data products.
  • Support standard methodologies in data analysis, including data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modeling, validation, and documentation.
  • Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Identify business opportunities, establish goals, and communicate on the analytics pipeline.
  • Establish analytics reporting that enables enhanced decision-making.
Requirements
  • 12-18 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions and project management.
  • A good understanding of the full project life cycle.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics industry trends, including tracking libraries and SDKs, cookies, data layer, tag management systems, report suite configuration, etc.
  • Comfort with technical documentation and independently developing innovative solutions.
  • Experience enabling digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360, and other marketing technologies.
  • Comfort working alongside various functional teams, across various lines of business.
  • Supportive of partner teams' success.
  • Product management, web development, or tech background is a bonus.
  • Working knowledge of databases and basic SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile development for data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners to organize and prioritize work using Agile project management methodology.
  • Familiarity with documentation in all phases of the project.
  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and facilitate testing.
