  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile financial data to maintain accurate account balances and ensure compliance with established accounting practices.
  • Quotation Requests: Request quotations from vendors and district staff as needed to obtain cost information and secure items.
  • Discrepancy Research: Research and resolve discrepancies in financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Inquiry Response: Respond to inquiries from staff and administration regarding financial procedures and information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Relevant job-related experience is required.
  • Skills: Proficient in operating standard office equipment and bookkeeping software; strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of bookkeeping principles and office operations; familiarity with relevant financial regulations and procedures.
  • Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with a diverse group of individuals, handle frequent interruptions, and adapt to changing priorities.
