Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Counselor to join our Resource Team as a Floater across our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs. As a Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting person-centered treatment plans, monitoring and evaluating client progress, and leading individual and group counseling sessions to support patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions to support patients and their families.
- Connect patients with vital support services, such as medical evaluation, mental health, and social support.
- Participate in clinical supervision sessions to foster professional growth and development.
- Fulfill any McLeod Centers Counselor role as needed.
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with a CADC certification. A Master's degree with a valid license or associate license in one or more of the following disciplines is preferred: LCAS, LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT.
