Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Residence Team Member. In this role, you will work closely with clients in early substance use disorder and mental health recovery, providing support and guidance as they navigate the recovery process.

Key responsibilities include performing morning rounds and curfew checks, facilitating groups, administering drug screens, documenting resident progress, and assisting residents in maintaining a clean and safe environment. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and parole officers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About Hope HomesHope Homes provides NARR Level 2 and Level 3 recovery residences and recovery support services to individuals in recovery from addictive, emotional, and eating disorders. Our primary purpose is to support our residents in establishing and practicing a recovery-oriented lifestyle.

We offer a unique and supportive environment, with professional life-skill counselors and a range of support services available to our residents. Our counselors live on-site and are available 24/7, providing one-on-one sessions, 12 Step meeting support, in-house support groups, life skill development, employment/education guidance, dual diagnosis support, fellowship activities, and family support.
