Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Levy, a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food items to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen after preparation and serving, adhering to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
