We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Documentation Control Specialist to join our dynamic team at Energetiq Technology Inc.

Job Description

As a critical member of our organization, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining engineering and quality system documentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Revision control of BOMs, engineering drawings, work and test instructions, and PCBA documentation.
  • Maintaining the Engineering Change Order (ECO) database.
  • Managing ECO record archives (electronic and paper).
  • Acting as a liaison between departments for ECO processing and sending out relevant communications throughout the process.

You will also be responsible for preparing weekly status reports, leading weekly CCB (Change Control Board) meetings, and monitoring and reporting status of KPIs to the management team monthly.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and 5+ years of experience in managing ECOs through all stages in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in change management and document control is required.
  • Intimate knowledge and use of ERP systems is required. SYSPRO experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
  • Able to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrix environment to build and maintain positive relationships.
