**Job Title:** Lead Optical Systems Engineer

**Location:** Wilmington, MA

We are seeking an experienced Optical Engineer to provide critical on-site support for our space programs. This role involves hands-on lab work, precise optical alignment, and meticulous inspection processes.

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled professional who can conduct thorough testing and alignment of complex optical systems within a lab environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team setting to achieve project objectives.

A Bachelor's Degree in Optical Engineering or related field with 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred skills include proficiency with Zemax and/or Code V optical software, experience with MATLAB, and familiarity with FRED or similar stray light analysis software.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $110,000 per year
