  • Process all repair orders in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the relevant parties.
  • Handle all expense records for installations, containers, and rolling stock, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the relevant parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, ensuring that all invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills is required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organization and data entry skills are essential, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • The ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers is required.
  • Visual requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
  • The successful candidate will work in a front office environment, with minimal exposure to physical hazards.
  • The noise level is moderate, and the work environment is generally quiet and calm.
