Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GMC sales professional to join our team. As a sales associate, you will play a key role in helping customers find their perfect vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer who enters the dealership.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by asking questions, listening to their needs, and providing expert guidance.
- Work closely with colleagues and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and applications to prospective customers.
- Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- 3+ years of General Motors sales experience.
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills.
- Interest in training additional sales associates and working in a team environment.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
