Responsibilities

As an Internet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Handling incoming online and email leads
  • Responding to email inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Assisting customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
  • Directing customers to product information resources, including those available online
  • Checking email frequently and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Delivering inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Internet/BDC experience required
