TeamHealth is seeking a skilled Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our growing post-acute care team in the Syracuse, New York area. As a key member of our team, you will provide quality, compassionate care to adults in skilled nursing facilities through weekday rounding.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiology practices
- Current New York nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA
- Preferred candidates have two (2) years of cardiology or post-acute care experience
- Additional Cardiology training will be provided
- Minimum base salary of $107,238 annually
- Eligible for additional productivity income, PTO, and other benefits
- Position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
